Annual Parish Meeting Agenda
The Annual Meeting of the Parish is where the parish council invite parishioners to express their opinions on issues in the Parish. No votes taken at this meeting are binding on the Parish Council although they will consider them at future meetings. If any votes are taken only those on the electoral roll can vote on an issue – other members of the public can attend and express their opinion but not vote. The Parish Council will suspend any standing orders for this meeting.
1. Welcome from the Chairman of the Parish Council.
2. Notes of the Annual Parish Meeting held on Wednesday 28th May 2025 to be approved as minutes. Minutes can be found on our website.
3. To receive the Chairmans annual report.
4. Open Forum – Residents may raise any issue relating to the parish.
