ANNUAL PARISH MEETING AGENDA
The Annual Meeting of the Parish is where the parish council invite parishioners to express their opinions on issues in the Parish. No votes taken at this meeting are binding on the Parish Council although they will consider them at future meetings. If any votes are taken only those on the electoral roll can vote on an issue – other members of the public can attend and express their opinion but not vote. The Parish Council will suspend any standing orders for this meeting.

4. Chair will lead an open forum to capture your issues and concerns, without discussion and judgement at this stage.
5. North Hykeham Relief Road
The Parish Council recently asked the residents if they thought a public meeting necessary to discuss the North Hykeham Relief Road Project with an affirmative response.
The Parish Council are facilitating this meeting, and will listen and take note of any concerns or comments with the intention of providing feedback to a member of the project management team.
